About the job
Purpose:
- Support Global HEOR Modelling leads to develop economic models for HTA submissions/gain internal strategic insights and pricing strategy
- Advance the use of integrated quantitative approaches, focusing on economic, disease, and predictive modeling and simulation in partnership with other internal groups and external organizations
- Provide model programming support to HEOR modeling leads/HEOR managers and HEVA business partners according to their requirements
- Actively participate and contribute in the discussion to advance modeling methodology in the HEOR community
- Keep abreast of trends in Modeling research and HTA/Payers’ environment
People:
- Collaborate with HEVA Business Partners and HEOR modeling team to support their requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues from HEVA, medical affairs, and commercial product teams to executive analysis of pre-existing model/scenario to investigate research queries
Performance Indicators
- Submission of HE models and reports as per the defined timelines.
- Feedback from stakeholders (end customers) on overall satisfaction
Performance:
- The Associate Manager (HEOR modeling) will be responsible for developing health economic models like cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, run scenario analysis. These projects include, but are not limited to:
- Conceptualization of health economic models
- Model execution on agreed platform like MS Excel, R, R-Shiny, HERO – 3 etc.
- Support in developing model technical report and slide deck to disseminate findings
- Periodically update knowledge regarding HTA frameworks

- Accurate preparation, analysis and reporting as per requirements
- Application of internal control policies and procedures
- Ensuring accuracy in submission of reports to the authorities

Required Experience
Pre-requisite (Knowledge, skills and competencies/Language)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in health economic modeling domain
- Hands on experience on developing health economic models like cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models etc.
- Hands on experience on Excel VBA programming and R platform including R-Shiny
Required Skills
- Expertise in R, R-shiny, MS Excel with VBA programming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-expert audiences

Qualification
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Health economics or Pharma
- Relevant training/experience in the areas of health economics, mathematics, statistics/biostatistics, statistical programming, epidemiology, or a related quantitative field
