Line Management of Site Visit Reports reviewers. The team deliver annually 26000 plus reports for Lilly the turn around of the reports is essential for revenue accuracy on a monthly basis. Line Management ratio is 1:15.

Candidate requires excellent communication skills and be able to analyse data and work in a matrix organisation, attention to detail is a must.

Must be able to work across cultures and manage stakeholders based in defferent regions, this head count will will ensure management of current teams including quality delivery of the reports reviewed by the site report reviewer team, as well as efficiency and productivity of the work.

This position is involved in the oversight and regular QC of the site report reviewers, onboarding of new staff, on going training, setting processes with any changes to the QC and QM requirements, managing metrics, analytics and reporting.
