Responsibilities
- Receiving and/or making calls in the Medical Information Call Center (MICC)
- Triaging call/complaints received and actioning appropriately
- Management of product quality complaints
- Handling of inbound and outbound correspondence
- Providing standard responses to medical inquiries
- Formulation of custom responses
- Performing literature search and review
- Processing of Individual Case Safety Reports and related processes
- Mentoring new team members (as applicable)

Education
Master’s degree in Life Sciences, or a degree in Dentistry
Skills and personal attributes
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to understand, interpret and evaluate data
- Awareness of global culture
- Typing and transcription accuracy
- Computer proficiency
Minimum Work Experience
2-5 years of Pharmacovigilance and/or handling of calls in a medical call center/patient support program
